Merge PDF

Combine several PDF files into one document in the order you want. It all works right in your browser.

Files never leave your device

    How it works

    1. Add two or more PDF files.
    2. Use the arrows to set the order.
    3. Press “Merge” and download one PDF.

    Why merge PDFs

Forms and email often accept only one file. Merging puts a cover letter, résumé and certificates, or all chapters of a report, into a single document that’s easy to send, store and print.

    Quality and size

Pages are copied as they are: text stays selectable, and images keep their quality. The final size is roughly the sum of the files. If it’s too big, run the result through Compress PDF.

    Questions

    Do password-protected PDFs work?

A PDF that needs a password to open can’t be merged. Remove the password first, then add the file again.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs in your browser with JavaScript, so your files are never sent anywhere. Once the page has loaded, the tool even works offline.

Is it free? Are there limits?

It’s free, with no sign-up and no watermarks. The only limit is your device’s memory: very large files can take a little longer on a phone.
